Polycrystalline Diamond Composites are made of polycrystalline diamond layer sintered with a tungsten carbide substrate and manufactured under ultra-high temperature and pressure. This cutter’s properties are high toughness, wearness, and thermal stability.Our Products are used in oil, gas, and mining applications. we have the ability to cut to any shape or dimension the customer needs and can vary the diamond layer from .7mm to 2mm.Quality: All our product goes through stringent quality controls and are tested on wearness, toughness, thermal stability and dimension. These controls are first-off, in-process manufacturing, and final QC before shipment.

This product is manufactured by diamond sintered with a bond under high temperature and high pressure; it has very high wearness coupled with high thermal stability. It is thermally stable up to 1200 degrees Celsius. For its binder is chemically inert and has a similar coefficient of thermal expansion to that of a diamond. SMS also offers a tungsten carbide complimentary product for wear parts in mining applications.
